Registered Office: Ground Floor, The Sotheby Building, Rodney Village, Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet, LC06 201, Saint Lucia. Role: Technology operator responsible solely for the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platform within the Northcoreflow ecosystem. Access to MT5 will be restricted in jurisdictions where such use violates local laws (including the United States).

Educational Use Only

All content and services provided through Triple Edge Group LTD are for informational and educational purposes only. The programs and accounts offered are simulated environments designed to evaluate users’ trading proficiency and risk management abilities. Users do not deposit capital for investment purposes and do not risk their own funds. Program outcomes depend solely on individual performance and adherence to the stated rules and objectives.

Live Trading Clarification

If a user chooses to engage in live market trading, such activity is conducted entirely outside the scope of Triple Edge Group LTD and Northcoreflow LTD. Neither company acts as a broker, accepts deposits, or facilitates live market transactions. Live trading is undertaken solely through independent brokers chosen and managed by the user. Hypothetical Performance Disclosure – CFTC Rule 4.41 Simulated or hypothetical trading results have inherent limitations. Unlike actual performance records, these results do not represent real trading activity. They may under- or over-compensate for market factors such as liquidity and are constructed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will, or is likely to, achieve profits or losses similar to those shown or implied.

Evaluation Disclaimer

The Northcoreflow evaluation programs are designed to simulate real market conditions as closely as possible, including spreads, commissions, and other parameters. However, the evaluation process is challenging and may not be suitable for individuals with limited trading experience. Success depends entirely on the participant’s trading skill, discipline, and adherence to the program rules.

Jurisdictional Restrictions

Northcoreflow LTD operates the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platform. Access to MT5 is restricted to U.S. citizens and to individuals in jurisdictions where such use would violate local laws or regulations. Triple Edge Group LTD does not provide services to residents of the following countries: Cuba, Syria, Iran, Lebanon, Iraq, Yemen, North Korea, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, and Myanmar.

Refunds and Non-Investment Statement

All payments made through the Northcoreflow platform are for access to educational software and services only. Payments are non-refundable, unless unused. “Unused” means the user has not logged into or activated their account within 14 days of purchase. No deposits are accepted for investment purposes. Users never risk their own capital, and no guarantees of financial gain are provided.

Northcoreflow is a registered brand owned by Northcoreflow LTD (Saint Lucia) and operated under exclusive license by Triple Edge Group LTD (Cyprus). All intellectual property, website content, and software systems remain the property of their respective companies. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any material from this website is strictly prohibited.
